7 – DAY MEDITATION CHALLENGE
Do you live a busy, stressed out life? This challenge can help you to get into a meditation routine. Meditation has many health benefits. It reduces stress levels, calms the mind and helps the sleep quality. We are all living in our minds most of the time and it can all be quite overwhelming at times. This is the case especially if you live in a big city like London. We are always running from one place to the next to get things done. There also isn’t nature near by to give that connection to the earth. Sometimes it’s good to take a pause and calm down. Taking a few daily moments to yourself can be very powerful. Meditation helps you to ground yourself and connect you with your body.
I put together this seven day meditation challenge to give some ideas on how to incorporate meditation into your life. It will include daily emails with a new technique for each day. The challenge gives the basic understanding of what meditation is and what type of techniques you can try. It is important to try and see what works for you in this moment in your life. Give yourself five to ten minutes a day to try and calm down. It sounds like a short time, but it’s important to start short and extend the time when you feel ready. Don’t put pressure on yourself otherwise your ind will talk you out of it. Hope you will enjoy it!
