TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Out of respect to our clients we have a set of rules we follow. If you need to cancel your appointment at the last minute due to emergency, please contact Anu as soon as possible, Thank you.
- Online treatment payments are valid for one month from date of purchase, should you need more time please contact us
- Course of treatments are valid for six month from date of purchase
- Please allow extra 15 minutes on your first appointment for consultation and arrive early.
- Bookings are not always required please call or e-mail for last minute availability.
- Deposit or full payment may be required to hold a booking.
- Please allow at least 24 hours for a cancellation.
- Charges may vary depending on location
- Treatment time includes time spend changing and after care.
- Same day bookings can not be cancelled.
- Bookings are transferable to another person.
- Missed appointments are subject to a full price charge.
- Late arrival will be deducted from treatment time with full fee payable
- Anuuk Aromatic Skincare reserves the right to refuse treatment.
